Dry Body Brushing/Body scrubs/Body wraps
Dry body brushing is performed on dry skin. This stimulation of the skin activates natural healing abilities , helping to maintain health and shortens / improves recovery time from injuries.
A full body Dry Brush takes ten minutes and can be added on to a massage or before scrubs/wraps.
Body scrubs are an effective way to remove dead and dry skin cells. This can be done as a stand alone treatment or added to dry brushing/body wraps. I can either massage in scrub and remove with wet mitts as I go, or I can massage in scrub all over and then you can go and shower it all off before replacing yourself on the table for a relaxing moisturiser massage.
Body wraps are great for temporary removal of fluids from fatty tissues via the body's natural elimination process. I will smother you in icky stuff, then wrap you up in stuff resembling cling film. Whilst we are waiting for the icky stuff to work, you can choose to receive a head massage or a foot massage. After the recommended time, I can wipe you down with wet mitts, or you can go take a shower.
These treatments can all be done by themselves, or combined.
